Mustard (CORNED BEEF SAUCE)

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons of sugar.

3 tablespoons of vinegar.

1 dessertspoon of butter.

5 tablespoons of corned beef water.

1 teaspoon of mustard.

METHOD

Place ingredients in saucepan. Add one well beaten egg. Stir over heat. Do not boil.
